Homebirth
We are honored to walk alongside families in the transformative journey of safe, physiological birth. Our care is rooted in trust, informed consent, shared decision-making and attentive support.
Prenatal Care
We begin prenatal appointments around 12 weeks at our Nashville and Goodlettsville clinics, where your family is welcome.
Each visit includes vitals, fetal growth and heartbeat checks, position assessments, and personalized education to support your pregnancy and birth. We offer guidance on herbal care, movement, nutrition, and postpartum wellness, while taking time to know you and answer your questions.
Informed consent and trauma-informed care are foundational to our practice, with a focus on respecting and centering your bodily autonomy throughout.
Prenatal Care includes:
Monthly visits starting in the first trimester through 32 weeks of pregnancy
Bi-monthly visits from 32-36 weeks
Weekly visits starting at 37 weeks until you give birth
A home visit between 30 and 36 weeks of pregnancy
Complete lab work at your initial appointment, and follow up labs and screenings at 28 weeks, 36 weeks, or more if appropriate
Referral for ultrasound in the first trimester and between 18 and 22 weeks, or more if appropriate
Unlimited support through portal messages and phone throughout your pregnancy
Labor and Birth
We stay in close contact during early labor and join you at home once active labor begins. Your on-call midwife team will regularly monitor you and your baby’s vitals to ensure well-being. We bring all necessary equipment and medications to manage common birth emergencies, just as you’d find in a freestanding birth center.

Free birth tubs when available
Hemorrhage treatment when needed, including standard medications to manage bleeding, IV fluids, oxygen, and herbal supports
